Yes, if you'd like to make changes to your order, please email us at customercare@imbodhi.co within 1 hour of your purchase, and we will do our best to modify your order.
Note: During sales, we get a lot of emails about order changes, so there’s a chance we might not be able to catch it before it ships out. Also, our team takes a well-deserved break on weekends, so it might take us a little longer to get back to you. But don’t worry, if we miss it, exchanges are super easy—or, you could always gift it to a friend!

We offer free shipping within the USA on orders $150+. Orders under $100 have a flat shipping rate of $8, and orders between $100–$149.99 ship at a flat rate of $5. For faster delivery, we also provide 3-day expedited shipping for $15 and overnight express shipping for $40.
Please note: We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but we cannot offer refunds for shipments that are delayed beyond our control.

For orders within the US, your order will typically be delivered within 5-7 business days once it is handed over to the carrier. Please note that fulfillment times may vary, and during busy periods or sales, processing might take longer. For international orders, shipping times are between 7-21 days (First Class International).
We’re not digital downloads—moving physical items takes a little time! We promise it's worth the wait. If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery date by 5-7 business days, feel free to reach out to us. Thanks for your patience as your new favorite piece makes its way to you!

We offer optional shipping protection at checkout to cover lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If you purchase shipping protection, resolving any issues with your order is simple:
Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, wait 5 business days and then contact us at customercare@imbodhi.co. We’ll issue a replacement or refund, no hassle. Please note that shipping protection covers total order replacement. However, if the replacement package doesn't arrive, the customer will be responsible for working with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We’ll send a replacement right away.
If shipping protection wasn’t purchased, we’re not liable for lost or stolen packages, but we’ll do our best to assist you with the carrier's claim process.

We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Brazil, Israel, Japan, and most European countries.
Please note: international orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and/or VAT upon delivery. These fees are assessed by your local customs authority, are outside of IMBŌDHI’s control, and cannot be reimbursed by IMBŌDHI.
To avoid unexpected charges, we recommend choosing “Priority Duties & Taxes Paid” at checkout, which covers all applicable fees upfront.

If you are unhappy with your order, we will gladly accept returns for items within 30-days of your purchase in the USA. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in received condition free from any stains, animal hair, and scents. Any visibly worn or damaged items will be returned to the buyer and will not be eligible for a refund.
For international returns, we accept exchanges within 45-days of purchase. We cannot refund shipping fees on any international returns, and do not cover the return shipping fees.

To start your return, visit our Exchanges & Returns page and enter your shipping zip code along with your 5-digit order number.
For the easiest and most eco-friendly option, we recommend using Happy Returns®. It’s completely free and allows for box-free, label-free returns at a convenient drop-off location near you.If you prefer, you can print a return shipping label or select a QR code for easy returns through USPS. Please note, this option costs 3% of the order total.

If you choose Happy Returns®, your exchange will be processed as soon as you drop off your return at any Happy Returns® location.
If you return via USPS, your exchange will be processed once the package is marked as "delivered" to our warehouse in the tracking system. -
On the first exchange, we cover the return shipping costs. On any subsequent exchanges, we ask that the customer covers the return shipping costs.

Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days once we receive your return. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is completed.

We do exchanges within 30-days of your purchase in the USA, and within 45-days internationally.

Bodysuit and jumpsuit sizing is very dependent on height and torso length, so if you are tall, size up. Larger breasted women may also want to size up. Our bodysuits and jumpers are designed to fit so comfortably, you’ll never want to take them off! If you don’t feel your best, you may need to try a different size.

Jersey & Ribbed Fabric: Turn garment inside out, machine wash cold, gentle cycle, do not use bleach, lay flat to dry or line dry, use a cool iron if needed.

Be gentle, use cold water only, and treat stains quickly.
- Rinse: Flush the stain from the back with cold water.
- Pre-treat: Use a small amount of clear detergent, dish soap (for oils), or an enzyme remover. Let sit about 15 minutes.
- Oils / deodorant: Dish soap works best; add a little baking soda if needed.
- Sweat / food / drinks: Enzyme remover helps.
- Blood: Use cold water and mild detergent. Never warm water.
Wash: Hand wash in cold water or machine wash cold on delicate.
Dry: Air dry until the stain is completely gone. (Heat will permanently set any remaining stain.) -
(These require more delicate care than synthetics.)
- Using a mild, eco-friendly detergent is ideal.
- Wash with like colors.
- Avoid fabric softeners.
- Always try to launder your garments with non-abrasive articles. Avoid washing alongside metal hardware (jeans), velcro, denim, or heavy outerwear.

MicroModal and other plant-based knits can pill when exposed to friction.
To minimize:
- Avoid washing with high-abrasion fabrics (denim, terry towels, rough knits).
- Use a wash bag when washing mixed loads.
- Turn garments inside out before washing.
If pilling occurs:
- Gently remove with a sweater stone or fabric shaver.
- Never pull pills off by hand.

Cold water is best for MicroModal and Tencel.
Warm or hot water may cause:
- Fiber weakening
- Premature shrinking
- Color fading
Safe temperature range: 20–25°C (68–77°F)

Use liquid detergent only: powder detergents can leave residue and cause stiffness.
Avoid detergents containing:
- Optical brighteners
- Heavy fragrances
- Enzymes designed only for protein stains (can be harsh over time)
For best longevity, choose pH-balanced / neutral detergents.

- Do not spray perfume, deodorant, or alcohol-based products directly onto the fabric.
- Sunscreen (especially mineral SPF) can cause stains. Wash promptly after exposure.

MicroModal blends contain 8% Spandex, so proper handling maintains elasticity.
- Never wring or twist garments.
- Lay flat or hang without stretching straps (use padded hangers or fold over a hanger bar).
- Avoid high heat, it breaks down Elastane fibers.

Steaming is preferred to preserve fiber integrity.
If ironing is necessary:
- Use cool to low heat only.
- Iron inside out.
- Avoid ironing directly over printed labels or seams.

- Store garments folded, not hung, to prevent strap stretching or shoulder creasing.
- Keep out of direct sunlight to avoid fading.
- Ensure garments are completely dry before storing, especially in humid climates.

Natural fibers may retain odor if not washed promptly.
- Add ½ cup white vinegar in the rinse cycle to neutralize smell.
- For stronger odors, pre-soak for 15 minutes in cold water + a splash of vinegar.
- Do not soak for more than 30 minutes. Long soaks can weaken the fibers.

MicroModal and Tencel relax naturally with moisture & heat.
- Lightly mist with water and smooth with your hands.
- Or hang in the bathroom while showering for natural steam release.

Soaking for extended periods may cause:
- Dye bleeding
- Fiber weakening
- Stretch distortion
Keep soaks under 30 minutes.

- Roll garments to minimize creasing.
- Store in a soft pouch to prevent friction against rough items in luggage.
